The farmhouse has 14 beds in 3 apartments.
Each apartment has its own entrance and is furnished in the style of typical country villas: we have not overlooked any detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Services

Guests have at their disposal a 12m x 6m panoramic swimming pool, a multipurpose hall, an outdoor barbecue, a private covered/open car park inside the farmhouse and all the facilities for horse lovers. Possibility to taste and buy the organic products of the farm.

Pets
–

Bring your four-legged friend on holiday. Pets are welcome at Agriturismo Vocabolo Poggio del Pero! At the end of your stay there is an extra charge for cleaning the apartments.

Prices
–

Prices are per week per apartment and include: water, electricity, gas, weekly change of bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen linen, Wi-Fi, heating and/or air conditioning. Final cleaning is not included.

Il Cipresso

This is the largest of the apartments and is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. This 130 square metre apartment was recovered from the old stable and can now accommodate up to 6 people. It has been completely renovated by recovering the original materials, combined with modern touches that make the environment functional. Night area: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, one of which has a loft and walk-in wardrobe; 2nd bathroom with bath/shower and private washing machine. Parquet flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, Perugian terracotta flooring in the living area. Large living room with stone walls and fireplace, beamed ceiling, lounge area with sofas and 50″ Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Ilve double oven, marble island. Private and equipped gazebo in the garden for relaxing or for eating outdoors. Underfloor heating and cooling.
