Pasta cooking course

Immerse yourself in the Italian culinary tradition with our pasta cooking course. In our lab, we will guide you through the preparation of some of the most iconic pasta dishes in Italian cuisine. From the classic tagliolini with white ragù sauce, to ravioli stuffed with herbs and ricotta, or the more sophisticated ravioli alla carbonara. For dessert there is also a tart made with our organic jam. Under the guidance of our chef, Edoardo, you will discover: the traditional techniques for preparing fresh pasta, the secrets of creating condiments to accompany dishes, how to combine fresh and high quality ingredients to create unique dishes.
